Chef Loo has so much of passion in baking since he was young. After secondary school, he enrolled in local baking academy. Then, he accumulated experience in a factory to understand the product production process, operating costs, budgeting, procurement, management, etc. Besides, he also went to chain convenience stores for product development. Not only that, he had worked as  part time instructor at his previous baking academy.
