Graduated from Golden State University, Prof. Chef 许燕斌 has been awarded as top 100 chef in Taiwan. He has consulted numerous hospitality schools, supervised catering groups and acted as judge for the Pâtisserie and Confectionery category of WorldSkills Competition (WSC). As an education committee of Taiwan Gâteaux Association, with all his immense experiences combined, students can expect extraordinary learning sessions with him.
