Eclair法文叫闪电,中文名字则翻译成闪电泡芙。起源于1863年,由一位叫Antonin Carême的巴黎甜点师傅修正一個叫做Duchesses的甜点而制成。至于名字的由來则是因為这甜点太好吃,小姐们吃得快如闪电而得名⚡️
